Expert Consultancy and Projects

ACTIVE provides a wide range of services to assist our customers with meeting their business objectives.

As sector experts our customers use our Consultancy Services to help them to draw conclusions from their research and to perform project-based work. We are asked to undertake these projects either as we have the skills to supplement their own internal teams or they require a specialist or independent viewpoint.

Consultancy projects can be in duration from one day to a project lasting many months. Some clients engage us on a framework basis to be part of their virtual team - outsourcing their full-time specialist needs to us.

Systems Development and Integration

Our application development team are responsible for product development and the implementation of custom projects for clients. Our solutions are designed along core design principles (see the product values link) to always deliver innovative and best solutions.

We are experienced in the integration to many operational systems and data management and regularly undertake projects for the integration with new systems and faces interfaces.

Training

Our clients undertake training to rapidly come up to speed with all the features of our applications and use the applications in a safe non-work environment through training exercises. We run our monthly public schedule training courses but are flexible so that one-off courses can always be accommodated. Custom courses can also be designed and held on a client's site.
