TSMlink - Linking your ProQA and CAD Data
ACTIVE announced the launch of TSMlink at the Navigator 2008 conference in Baltimore. TSMlink is integrated with Priority Dispatch's PeoQA Emergency Dispatch Software Program and enables the ProQA data to be matched with an organisation's CAD dataset, producing important new datasets for demand management and incident management analysis
TSMlink is a free-to-use tool that has been developed by ACTIVE and Priority Dispatch Corporation for users to analyse their ProQA incident data with the mobilisation data from their CAD system.
The TSMlink tool will let you study the demographics of demand - by linking key patient fields in the ProQA data with the mobilization data from your CAD system. New datasets are output for detailed analysis using a synchronisation algorithm developed with Priority Dispatch Corporation.
The new datasets produced by TSMlink can be loaded into Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Access® or spatial analysis tools (such as ACTIVE's TSMdesktop tool). Although a great level of analysis can be performed on CSV files using Microsoft Office® tools, TSMdesktop will provide you with the means to easily drill-down through your data to discover patterns of incidents and behaviour – to provide a basis for decision making and to supplement your local knowledge. Used by managers and data analysts within the emergency services, TSMdesktop has been designed for ease-of-use and will enable you to discover untapped knowledge in your data in seconds and is a powerful mechanism for you to convey information to the management team and stakeholders through its graphical reporting capabilities.
